I had a pleasant experience dealing with Luke Loftis and his staff. I decided to have my unit repaired rather than replaced with a new one. It was going to be a week waiting for the new compressor and Luke brought a window air conditioner to help with the discomfort. That was beyond what I expected. He came a week later and did all the necessary work to get me connected with air. The cost was not inexpensive but certainly reasonable and worth every penny to have air conditioning again. Great people to deal with. Will not use any other company.

Luke did a fantastic job of servicing boys my ac system. He checked all electrical connections, checked amp draw on motor and compressor. And made sure the system was properly charged for best energy savings. Luke found the leak in one of my systems that others couldn't.

Ashley at the office was very friendly and helpful to schedule and communicate what day they could come. Luke called that morning to let me know he was on his way.

Just wanted to give some extremely positive feedback on a local HVAC business… air went out last Friday evening. Of course it went out after hours and on the weekend right? 😂

After reviewing all of the positive feedback on Facebook for A1 Air in Lindale owned by Josh and Ashley Loftis, I gave them a call on Saturday morning. Josh literally called me back within about 10 minutes and was at my house making the quick repair in less than an hour. He was honest, knowledgeable, and I got a quick education on other AC questions I had about the system.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their service! If you have any AC issues at all, you can trust that if you give them a call, you will get a good honest assessment of what is wrong and what it’ll take to repair.

Luke was very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job explaining and evaluating our issues with old HVAC system. Was on time and performed service of installing new system in a very timely manner. Was very cognizant to clean up during and after the process. Once our new unit was installed, he spent time explaining how it worked during hot and cold seasons and also demonstrated use of new thermostat. He noticed some of our vents in the main room were installed upside down and changed those to better distribute the air. Luke and his assistant were respectful of us and our time. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC assistance. Awesome job!

I started to install a new thermostat yesterday and ran into a wiring problem. I called A1 this morning, and Luke answered my questions, gave me some simple guidance and I was able to finish installing my new smart thermostat. I was ready to pay for them to come out, but Luke said it wasn't necessary. This is customer service at its best, and A1 is who I am going to call for my furnace and A/C tune up.
